Book a garden waste collection

We offer City of Melbourne residents one free garden waste collection each month. Individual households can book one collection service of two cubic metres per month.

Before you book in a green waste collection, consider checking what can and cannot be placed out for collection.

Bookings are essential. On the day before the garden waste collection, items must be placed on the kerbside or in an accessible location for the garden waste collection trucks.
